CrossFit can be intimidating when you first walk into the box. Acronyms that you do not understand, movements you have never seen and lots of open space and barbells. We know that can be overwhelming. Take the first step through the door and we will help you redefine your idea of fitness and health.
We are committed to our Athletes. We do not require a contract, and we gladly offer a month-to-month membership option. However, for those looking to get amazing results and save money we offer longer-term options. You make the commitment and we will help you get there. The bigger the commitment, the bigger the savings!
10 Visit Punch Cards are available for $100 and are good for Open Gym and CrossFit Classes.
For those completely new to CrossFit and just getting started, we offer a Pillars Program available for $50, as a necessary "introduction to CrossFit" course. This two-hour long class will teach you the nine foundational movements of CrossFit and an introduction to the Olympic lifts. After you complete Pillars, you can choose your membership plan.
Drop-ins are $15 per visit.
