Weekly Schedule Notes

  • Child Watch is available Monday through Friday during 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM classes, and Saturday at 10:00 AM.
  • Youth Functional Training classes are for children in the 3rd through 8th grade (8-13 yrs). Kids 14 yrs and up can begin adult classes after completing Pillars and an initial assessment to ensure they are ready for moving up.
